Final Author Instructions

Final Submission Procedure:

  1.  MANDATORY: You must pay for conference registration BEFORE you will be allowed to upload your final paper. You will need your registration code to proceed. the registration type must be either an “IEEE Member” or a “Non-Member”. Student registrations DO NOT cover the cost of publication.
  2. Pay for conference registration here.
  3. Final submission is REQUIRED.
  4. Read the Author's Information Below to ensure that your submission meets the guidelines.
  5. Prepare your submission in PDF format using our templates.
  6. MANDATORY: Make sure your PDF file meets IEEE Xplore compliance by following the instructions below::
    1. Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login
    2. Conference ID: 52380X 
  7. Log in to EDAS using the same username and password you created during your initial submission. You may then edit your submission information and/or resubmit your paper.

 


 

Author's Information

Submissions:

  • ALL final submissions must be made on-line in EDAS.
  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

Paper Specifications:

  • PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant
  • Paper Length: 6 pages MAXIMUM, including figures, tables & references
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
  • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
  • Allowed File Size: 6 MB
  • Do NOT page number your paper
  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
  • Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.
